• Online Courses
  You will earn the number of CEUs shown below upon successful completion of any of the following course(s):

	Retirement Plans and Industry Overview (.7 CEUs or 7 contact hours)
	Plan Features and Design (1 CEUs or 10 contact hours)
	Participant Communications, Education and Advice (.3 CEUs or 3 contact hours)

• Successful completion of our online courses requires:

Attainment of 80% or higher on course exams

• Classroom Sessions
  You will earn the number of CEUs listed below, upon successful completion of any of the following course(s)

	Retirement Plan Market and Sales Process (1 CEU or 10 contact hours)
	Recordkeeping, Investments, Accounting and Compliance (1.2 CEUs or 12 contact hours)
	Investment Education Seminar: The Fundamentals (.8 CEUs or 8 contact hours)
	Investment Education Seminar: Building on The Fundamentals (1.2 CEUs or 12 contact hours)

• Successful completion requires the following:
  
  

	Participation in a classroom session delivered by certified trainers in accordance with the guidelines provided in the program facilitator guide
	Attendance at a minimum of 90% of the classroom session.
	Attainment of a passing score of 70% on any of the program quizzes.
	Completion of the program evaluation/assessment tools.
