The SPARK Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) designation is now awarded based on meeting eligibility requirements and successfully completing an exam.

SPARK training materials and courses to help candidates prepare for the exam are optional. This exam-based program was developed to meet the current and evolving compliance for designations and .professional certifications.

Professional Development Solutions, LLC in partnership with the Education Committee of the Society of Professional Asset-Managers and Record Keepers (SPARK) provides comprehensive professional development programs to help individuals gain the knowledge and skills required to become successful in today’s retirement plan industry.

We offer online and classroom training courses and provide professional designations and continuing education units for successful completion of those programs.
